My Journey
An evening of songs from Gershwin to Hollander, Sondheim to De Curtis with tales from a rich and varied life that began in Johannesburg and has journeyed to London via Germany, Taiwan and New York.
“.. He really does have a presence on stage that lights up the room. He appears a magical ten foot tall (those who know him will understand!) Cole Porter set the tone of the evening. A German song about a lady who only wore lilac I found hilarious, even though I do not understand one word of the language. Brian was open and honest, sharing with us some of his life story. He danced, he sang in both German and English, and spoke so touchingly. I await his next concert, whenever that may be.”
